Our position is this: every case is based on evidence and testimony submitted voluntarily by users. This site does not independently characterize the allegations in legal terms, nor does it substitute for a court's finding of fact. If LBank disputes a specific case, or wishes to comment on the overall picture, we will publish its response in full, without editing and without removing context.
Responses will be preserved on this page as standalone sections and cross-linked from any case detail page they reference. This is both LBank's right of reply and a necessary part of the journalistic and legal posture this site maintains.
How to submit a response
- Send the response to the contact email below, with a subject line beginning [LBank Official Response].
- Include proof of authorization (company letterhead, a matching corporate email domain, or the bar credentials of legal counsel).
- There is no word limit on the response. We will acknowledge receipt and publish within 72 hours.
